We believe that by providing our new managers with a comprehensive induction at the beginning of their management career with us, we are providing them with the information and orientation they require to confidently build a valuable and rewarding career
We are fully committed to the training and development of our staff and regard the time, effort and expense that is invested in the management induction as being a key platform in the preparation for the future.
The Management Induction for newly appointed General Managers and Support Managers involves a number of defined phases:
1 – Attendance at a training venue, where we will deliver key company messages that will help to orientate managers into the organisation
2 – Attendance at nominated Brand Induction Site:
This gives you an opportunity to work along side an existing General Manager who will coach you in best practice in your chosen brand.
3 – Attend a number of short business training sessions
This is a series of short training sessions, designed to provide a broad range of skills that support and prepare new managers for their roles.
4 – We will agree your personalised development plan for the next 6 months:
This is a further stage at the Induction Site to re-cap on previously learned skills; provide further coaching and support; and to complete the assessment process.
